What's inside
Four parts and a set of reference pages. Every day accounted for.
Before you start
The five-minute check on whether this suits you at all, choosing a window that fits your actual week, and setting a realistic expectation of what fourteen days can show you.
Days 1–4: through the wall
Day three is the only genuinely hard one, and it is hard for a reason that has a two-minute fix. Know it is coming and you walk straight past the point where most people quit.
Days 5–9: it becomes ordinary
This is the week it stops being a project and starts being Tuesday. Fasted morning meetings, eating out, and two-meal templates that hit your protein without thinking about it.
Days 10–14: the payoff
Morning hunger fades, the afternoon crash goes, and the window stops needing willpower. How to lock it in and where to take it next.
Reference pages
A one-page fast-breaker table, a printable two-week tracker, and a plain-language list of the signals that mean stop and talk to a doctor.
What you won't find
No supplements to buy, no coaching upsell, no meal-replacement powder. The entire intervention is a clock, which is why there is nothing here for sale.
Straight answers
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no paid tier, no upsell email sequence, and nothing to buy on this site.
What happens to my email address?
It is used to send you the guide and occasional new guides. It is not sold, rented, or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you entirely. See the privacy notice.
Who wrote it?
I did — Nicholas Denver, who writes everything on this site. It is the trial literature on time-restricted eating, turned into fourteen days of instructions you can actually follow, with every claim referenced at the back.
I'm a writer, not a doctor or a dietitian — so this is general information, not advice for you specifically, and it hands you to a clinician wherever the answer depends on your own health or medication. See about this site.
How fast will I see something?
Day three is the hard one. Somewhere in the second week, morning hunger stops turning up — that is the change nearly everyone writes to me about. In the trials, the measurable stuff landed over eight to fourteen weeks, so give it a proper run before you judge it.
Do I need to read the guides too?
No — the guide stands alone. The site guides go deeper, with the studies behind each claim.
Before you start anything. Fasting is not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have type 1 diabetes or take glucose-lowering medication, have any history of disordered eating, are underweight, or are under 18, please read who should not fast and speak to a doctor rather than starting.
